1. Our Services
We handle pool and spa care, chemical balancing, equipment maintenance, and green-to-clean recoveries. We aim to keep your backyard swim-ready and sparkling. Specific services, pricing, and schedules are set per customer.
2. Access & Scheduling
We need access to your pool area for service. If we can’t get in because of locked gates, pets, or anything else, we may have to reschedule - and extra visits could cost extra.
3. Payment
Invoices are due according to your service agreement. Late payments could pause service until your account is current. We like getting paid on time as much as you like a clean pool.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Need to reschedule or cancel? Please try to give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated late cancellations may come with a small fee - life happens, we get it, but heads-up helps us keep things running smoothly.
5. Liability
We’re careful, but we’re not responsible for pre-existing damage, natural disasters, or accidents caused by customer negligence.
6. Guarantees & Expectations
We stand by our work and promise professional, detail-focused service. Pool results depend on the current condition, weather, and your maintenance between visits. Equipment warranties follow the manufacturer’s terms.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
Everything on our site - text, photos, logos - belongs to us. Ask us first if you want to use it.
8. Privacy

9. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the state where we operate.
10. Updates to Terms
